Our
knowledge base is, by its nature, a work in progress. We have been building it up as we go, based on problems that we see in the forums and communication through the online support desk. There is the option to vote on the articles, and some of them have been well received, but others have not. I wanted to give you, our customers, the chance to offer some constructive feedback on what we can do to make our knowledge articles more informative, easier to read and more effective.
To this end we've started a poll to see how you feel about the knowledge base at the moment, and you're welcome to leave your comments in a post.
