am facing problem about , i have wingate located on my server , but my clients work normal in everythings but only i face that problem , when they wanna change their email from outlook express .. if there email for example were :
name@hotmail.com , its allow them to check it from outlook express .. but if their emails other than *#hotmail.com , for example like : *@cyberia.com.lb , or *@terranet.lb , they cant have access to login and check their email though that ...
so give me help please how to fix it

How are your clients connected? Is it just NAT or WGIC?

it is just NAT connected normal without any user and pass or login ...
using only my proxy as browser which is 192.168.0.1 , and they have ips rangs .. like 192.168.0.20-21-23-24-25-26....

When you said "they can't access" - did you mean the name couldn't be resolved or the actual connection couldn't be established?

that is the error msg i get when i wanna check email other than hotmail.com : ===> Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Right. Can you connect to this site from the Wingate machine itself? What version of Wingate are you running?

when i try now to connect outlook express to check webmail of :
Incoming mail server: pop3.cyberia.net.lb
Outgoing mail server: smtp.cyberia.net.lb
it said : Authorized .... then connect ... then disconnect .. and close :)
nothing happen
but nope i can check my email normal if i will open it from Explorer and can login into inbox .. but my clients need to check from Outlook express
my wingate version check said :

So you are only using the NAT connection method (apart from Web Proxy).
Can you please send the following details to
sales@wingate.com and reference this forum post.
WinGate Registry
GateKeeper --> Options Menu --> Advanced --> Save Registry Settings
WinGate Config Report
GateKeeper --> Options Menu --> Advanced --> Save Report
Ipconfig/all from your computer.
(Windows) Start Menu --> run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all >> c:\ipa.txt
ipconfig/all from the WinGate Server.
(Windows) Start Menu --> run --> cmd --> ipconfig/all >> c:\ipawg.txt
