can wingate halp me with traffic counting

Hello,

so in our local network area we are faced in with the problem that by using current proxy we cant set it aup to count traffic next way:

so we have a list of IP ranges for which traffic shouldnt be counted - IPs of our provider network ...

is there some settings in wingate which allow me to set up IP ranges for which traffic per user shouldnt be counted + sure show me traffic statistics in real time and for the specified period and show me in real time current connections etc ...
