can not use internet phone....

Dear All,

Which port can I use for Internat phone? I am using an internet phone program with the name Ring Voiz. It's used for calling to oversea from my country. It's very cheap to make a call to cellphone or homephone in foreign. I can not do that in my office :( Because my IT admin haven't openned port to make this call. and he also don't know what port to open :( Everytime, I want to make a call to oversea, I have to make a statement the static IP which he provided me before, then I just can access to Internet directly and using Ring voiz program. I'm in Vietnam, so my english is not good. Thank you very much for understanding my english!

Unfortunately, we do not use this Internet phone product and we are not aware of the ports that you will need to open. I would suggest that you contact the support team for Ring Voiz. They should know what ports need to be opened.
