Why does the Java logon windows pop up continuously?

hello. I don't know why the Java login windows continue to pop up every a short time after I have login in. And I have to login in again. What's the
problem,can anyone help me?

What version of Wingate and what OS on Wingate machine and the client machine are you using?

Well, I would recommend upgrade to the latest version. Your license key should be valid for the upgrade.

Additional info: You can use the latest version with an existing, registered license key at no additional cost.

Are you closing the JAVA login window at all? It needs to remain open for the system to maintain authentication when all other sessions have been closed.
