I am new to networking and have two computer at hime, one running
windows and the other linux. Unfortunately I am suffering from
the curse of linux - poor ppp(actually ppp0e) support. Basically the modem access in this country (Korea) is using a protocol that all
the linuxs I have tried do not understand . Also my geographic location
is such that VDSL and cable modem is not available so i must connect through an ADSL pppoe connection.
So my linux box is just a stand alone whic is of course no fun.
Can I use this product to piggyback my linux box on the windows
machine? Is there any special hardware needed?
Thanks in advance.

I would answer yes to that, as I can't see any reason why you wouldn't be able too. If you use wingate ENS with NAT and make it the gateway for your Linux machine, it should work OK. Why don't you try downloading the free trial and see if it works out for you? The evaluation period works way longer than you should need to figure it out :) Good luck.

Hello,
I have successfully connected Debian Linux client through WG . I did have troubles using NAT with it but using a Proxy setting it connected fine. Hope that helps.
