Slow response or timeout certain websites

I am running Wingate 6.1.1 Build 1077 win Kaspersky AV and Puresight purely as a proxy server with proxy settings configured in browser settings. Everything works perfectly except for two websites (which I know of so far). Sometimes the page will just not display at all and sometimes the page will load 50%. The 2 pages I know off so far are amazon.co.uk and amazon.com. Not sure where to look for any error log?

1. Try disabling caching, if that resolves the issue let me know, please.
2. Do you have the problem all the time or only occasionally?

Disabled caching and still have the problem. The problem is intermittent.

I have enabled debug and will post results when it fails.
