Smokin good support!

Well, I've been trying for quite a while to setup Wingate as an internet cache server. I work at a PC service center, and continually download all the same files over and over all day. Windows updates, avg, etc. Unfortunatly due to our complicated VOIP setup, I couldn't use wingate to share the internet for our company. With Wingate running behind a firewall, and without installing the wingate client on any/all of the PC's, all of them were using NAT instead of Proxy so absolutely nothing was getting cached. I've got a high end PC connected by Gigabit to our network, 400 gigs for cache, I gotta put it to good use!

A quick e-mail to wingate support and within 30 mins they replied and I had it up and running in no time! I enabled "Transparent Proxy" on port 80 under WWW Proxy Service settings, and BOOM! Works like a dream! It's wonderful running windows update and downloading the updates at 28mb/sec!!!

I've never seen a company go to this much effort, for free, to get you up and running, especially when I'm just using the 30 day trial to get it working!

Thanks again Matt for your great support by e-mail! We will definatly be purchasing Wingate if the performance/reliability holds up with all the caching it'll be doing.

Can't wait to get some really big files into the cache and see how fast we can fill up 400 gigs :)

Tey are sexy for sure. Top notch software, and support. I think they all deserve raises, and sexy pictures of Jessica Simpson.

Keep up the good work, I will buy Wingate forever, for whomever I work for.
