Java authentication failed

Dear Support Team,

We use java authentication to allow user access internet and to manage user we create some group. Now the problem are when we added some groups to policies at www proxy server properties, wingate only allow 1 group (IT group) connected to internet(only user in this group have access to internet) for others group java authentication said "Session terminated by Wingate". We use transparent proxy through port 80.

Any idea to solve it as I already try recreate group and adding user to the group but still not working.

1. Can you check your policies in the Remote Control Service and see how they interact with the System Policies (Default Rights)?

2. How does the IT Group authenticate? Assumed by IP?
