Hi people, major problem.
I can log into the gatekeeper program but , it doesnt show the control panel or history , its just all greyed out.
Have reinstalled but nothing, uninstalled all the plugins and same problem.
Running V5.1 - The proxy is still running as some people can get through on the net.
Please help.

Are you using a username that has administrator access?

Are you connecting remotely IE from a client PC on your network?
If so, make sure you are using the correct version of GateKeeper.
As Larry suggested, this is quite possibly a policy / rights issue, so do use the Administrator account.

I was using an administrator account and was working a week ago since then nothing adjusted.
Basically you click log on and the box dissappears and at the top of the wingate box it says connected to wingate on blah blah blah.
So it does log on it just doesnt bring nothing up ie activity e.t.c, u can go through the menus and select them but nothing shows.

take a look in the log file for the Remote Control Service. Does it show anything about access denied for anything?
