How do I block users from using Bitcomet to download data ? your advice is much appreciated.

Hi,

The best way that I've found to block torrents, is to block access to a resource with .torrent in the Web Access control or flow-chart policy. This stops the users from finding the torrent file with information on other peers, and should be effective.
