Can not login with windows users and groups connector

Hello, I'm installing wingate 8.1, I selected the Windows Users and Groups connector, my OS is Windows Server 2008 SP2 in spanish, but I can't logon, I always get the "Enter your credentials" dialog.

I tried with "logon as current windows user" and with another account member of the "Administradores" Group. I disabled the firewall but I've the same problem.

I created an "Administrators" group, and I added accounts to this group, but it didn't work.

Could you help me?

Hi,

Can you try logging in as Administrator with a blank password? I'm wondering if perhaps the change to the Windows user database didn't happen and you've got the WinGate user database selected instead.

Hi,

Can you use the information on the following kb article to reset your user database provider? Try using the WinGate user database first, logging in as Administrator with no password, then change the provider to the Windows user database.
