Crash on Windows server 2008 R2

Hello Team,

I just Wingate8 install and activate on the clean server. but I got crash screen as attached.

Please let us know how this can be solved.

if there are any files in the WinGate install folder, called wingate_crash.....dmp, can you please send them in to our support desk? support@wingate.com

Is this happening all the time, or just sometimes?

Hello Adrien,

I appreciate your quick response,

This crashing occurs every single time when I open WinGate mgmt app,
Additionally, we were install WinGate8 to the VM server(VMWare) please refer attached system status screen shot.

I sent the dump file to mail address that you gave us.

Hi Henry

could you try running WinGate Management as Administrator? I think it's likely some security issue accessing the system DLLs for security (SSPI) which it needs to log in.
