Internet Explorer and NAT

We have a 1x EVDO (Hi speed celular) network that our users surf through our wingate proxy server. NAT takes place on a router. All DNS names are working fine. Surfing through this 1x EVDO only works with Firefox. If I use Internet Explorer I don't see any traffic from the client in the activity tab of Wingate. We are running 6.1.4 and this also occured in 6.1.2. Any suggestions?

Make sure that IE settings have proxy configured through Wingate machine.
