Hi,
I need some guidance on the possibility of a solution using Wingate. We currently have 3 network zones split across 3 data centers. Call it Zone A, B, and C.
Zone A and B are connected at network level.
Zone B and C are connected at network level.
Wingate is installed in Zone B. So when a system in A needs access to internet, the system uses Wingate as the proxy server for internet access.
Now we want to enable system connectivity between A and C over HTTP. I was wondering if it is possible to leverage the same configuration we use for internet access from A to allow access to system in Zone C. Can we use Wingate as a router to allow this access? As mentioned, network connectivity between B and C exists. So if A can access B, and B can access C, A should be able to access C. Is this achievable using Wingate?
Thanks.

Hi
so just to clarify, there are routes configured in A and C to access B, but not for A to access C and vice-versa? E.g. you can't ping A from C or vice-versa?
the simplest way may be to add routes for this, then your routers will take care of it.
If in A and C you are using the proxy in B, then you should be able to make a proxy request for access to C from A since WinGAte will connect back into C based on a request from A - it just depends on what request you give it.
Hope this helps, it could be easier to be more clear if you could give actual IP ranges etc.
