WinGateUpdatesRun.exe has encountered a problem 8.3.2.4773

Attempting to install update 8.3.2.4773 and after clicking "install" I get "WinGateUpdatesRun.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Have never had any such problem before.

Machine is running WindowsXP SP3.

Suggestions?

you can just run the update manually. The install file will be sitting in the WinGate\Update folder

We had a version with the WinGateUpdates.exe file (which gets copied to WinGateUpdatesRun.exe when it is run since it may need to replace itself in some previous versions.

Before you run the update would you be able to please take a look at the properties of the WinGateUpdatesRun.exe file (or if you can't find it, use the WinGateUpdates.exe file) and tell us which version it is?

It lives in WinGate\Packages\Update folder. The version you will find on the Details tab of the properties dialog.
