Hi,
I found this log
Error: Caught CException in CTCPServiceSocketCallback() (first instance)
The logs gradually increase in the numbers of exceptions until
after 1 hour the whole log was filled with "Error: Caught CException in CTCPServiceSocketCallback()"
and the Web service cannot be access through WinGate
On a side note, i have 2 WinGate servers, am i able to set it so that one of the WinGate server will act as redundancy server and took over the primary WinGate server when it is down like the above mentioned case.

Hi
which version of WinGate is this? Normally when you get a log like that it will give more information, such as a "stage" number. Most often this error turns out to be a memory problem, where there is not enough memory for WinGate,
How much RAM does the WinGate.exe process use, and how much is available on the computer?

Hi Adrien,
WinGate version 6.64.
For the RAM usage, when i login to the server, the ram usage was healthy, not over 50% usage. My computer had 4GB ram. This server installed with Window Server 2003, Tardis2000 and WinGate application.

Hi
have you considered running a later version of WinGate? 6.6.4 is nearly 7 years old. Current version is 8.3.2
Lots of bugs have been fixed in the last 7 years.
