Session Timeouts

I am having problems with user connection to internet sites timeing out after 60 seconds. This is causing a problem with our web based entry system when there is no activity on the page for 60 seconds or more. When they try to save the order they recieve a page cannot be displayed. I have removed the check on the sessions time out for proxy and every where else that I can find and can not resolve the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions?

Hi

Enable logging of session terminations in the WWW proxy, and it will log an exit code for the sessions.

exit code 2 means the session timed out
exit code 0 means normal (server terminated connection)
exit code 1 means client abort (client terminated connection)

I will do that. But what action do I take when to resolve the problem. I have been work with tech support on this issue and they don't seem to have any clue what is wrong. I was hoping someone else would have experienced the same problem as I am.

Take a look and get back to us, we can go from there once we know how the sessions are being terminated.
