Mailbox disabled

Hi,

I'm experiencing strange issues since i had 2 new mail domains on wingate server. (xxxxx-i.fr & xxxxx-i.com)

For some obscur reasons, sending mail to these domains becomes impossible sometimes. the server answer is then : Mailbox disabled.

Of course, no mailboxes are disabled and other domains still work fine.

The only way to make it work from that point is to restart wingate service...

Any ideas ?

Can the '-' sign generate some troubles ?

Hi

minus sign shouldn't be any trouble. Can you easily reproduce the problem? If so we could look at your system remotely to see what's going on. We could actually take a look anyway in case there's an obvious issue.
