Users are complaining that they can not use/log-in to
http://www.live.com (login.live.com) to access their hotmail or outlook email accounts. I've tracked and monitored their connection on WinGate and all are labeled "connections established."
The issue is, once a user enters his/her accountname and password, the page just "circles" or tries to load. Then, after awhile it will prompt "Secure connection failed"
I tried with other public emails (i.e. mail.yahoo.com. mail.google.com...) and this sites connect/continue without problems.
