Have been getting hacked - Now clean - Lost email

I purchased QBIK WinGate last week and saw that I received the activation license in my email, yet never used it. Shortly after seeing that I could see email again, I caught a worm and crashed and burned.

Could you please email me a new liscense. Also I am not sure if that last license was compromised or not (ie: I never used it). I hope your records do not show that anyone else did!
