Wingate randomly blocking some users

Hi,

I have been running Wingate successfully for around 400 users and wanted to migrate another 100 or so users today, however it appears the new users are randomly bypassing their 'Allow' rule in the 'Access Rules' area and directed to the 'Default Rule' instead which displays a block page.

I should make clear that the additional 100 users are using a less filtered internet connection than the 400 original users, although all users are on the same Domain.

Is there some kind of limitation within Wingate that prevents too many users using the service at once, other than licensing?

Hi,

No, there is nothing in WinGate that would stop these users from correctly using the Web Access Rules. How have you got your rules set up? If the request is not matching on a rule that you expect it to then it's either due to the user details, the IP address or the request itself. Can you show some screenshots of what is going on?
