I am using wingate 5.0.7, my server running WINNT 4.0, I have a public IP specify on my network card.
If i stop my wingate engine, everyone type in my public IP can browse my IIS, no problem, but when I start my wingate engine,
people will not able to browse my IIS, so where is the problem, how can i slove it. Thanks!
Note: I test in my local network pc, even the wingate engine is running, I still can browse my IIS, no problem.

Open up the required port in GateKeeper --> Extended networking Service --> Port Security?

Thanks for your quick reply, I dont think it is Port Security cause this problem! I only have this problem after i change my public IP, if i use back my old IP and old ATM network card, there is no this problem.
Note: there is a ATM network card using the old IP, everthing is working fine! no problem at all.
After I unplug this ATM card, and install a normal network, and change to the new IP, the problem come out. (Actually i didn't change anything setting at all in wingate, i only change the hardwear only)

Ok, so you have changed out a network card, put a new one in that has been assigned a different IP Address, and your web server can no longer be reached from the internet. If you stop the WinGate engine, then people can start accessing your web server from the internet again. All the while, you can access your web server from your local network.
Question.
1. Do you have a TCP Mapping to your web server, and it is bound to the old IP Address as opposed to internal/external NICs? i.e. check your bindings of your TCP Mapping?
2. Do you see any firewall hits in WinGate when the clients cannot reach your web server from the internet?

Does anyone else have some suggestions for Eric?
Also Eric, if you can confirm my interpretation of your issue then that would be appreciated.

Jame, Thanks all your replies.
A1: Where to check my TCP mapping? because after i changed to my new NIC and IP, i dindn't change any setting form wingate.
the people access my webserver by my new IP, not domain name. And I am sure we are connected to the outside world, because i can browse other website from my server.
A2: I didn't notice whether i have firewall hits or not.
Is this enough to help you understand my problem?
Eric
