Hi everyone.
Apologies to everyone who has had difficulty with our support desk for the last few weeks.
We have been battling a storm of spam which has been flooding the help desk email queue and making the system almost unusable.
Hopefully we have it under control now.
We are working to catch up on the backlog, if you don't get a reply within the next 24 hours, please send us a follow-up in case your ticket was inadvertently removed.

Hi Adrien,
I have been sending support tickets for weeks in vain, no replies whatsoever.
My Wingate license for "CASINO DU LIBAN" (license ID : 498360) will expire on the 17th of March, for the last two years you had sent me links to pay through stripe.com because the payment from Wingate.com was not possible.
Can I renew from Wingate.com or in case not PLEASE send me a link to pay from stripe.com
