Help!!!my WinGate can't run with Kaspersky Anti-Virus!!!

It's my first time to use WinGate, I am according to the elucidation to install WinGate(Stopped the service of Firewall/Internet Connect Sharing),but after I restart Windows, my computer can't connect to Internet, the TCP/IP of "Local Connect"(in Networks of Control Pannel) is have some problem, the appearance in "Support" page of "Local Connect Status" is blank, and also as "Detailed"
I reinstall WinGate on another computer, also like this,
after i reinstall Windows, and install WinGate, after restart, it work normal, then i install Kaspersky Anti-Virus software(not plug-ins of WinGate),after restart, the problem show again!!
After I uninstall Kaspersky Anti-Virus, WinGate work normal again...
I think there must some thing wrong with WinGate or KAV...
my software version:
WindowsXP sp2
Wingate 6.2.0
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0
How do i slotion this problem

Hi,

Try this.

In KAV set it NOT to scan the Wingate directory, typically:

C:\Program Files\Wingate\*.*

I'd be interested to know if this helps!

Possibly review any logs and alerts from Kaspersky Anti-Virus 5.0 and work your way back; you may need to make an exception in a certain feature. You may also want to check the Windows Event Viewer.
