ADSL / PPP Issues

Hi

I have 3 installs of Wingate in different offices and all suffer from an intermitant problem where for no apparent reason the users internet access is stopped... they get a "Page Cannot Be Displayed"

On closer inspection the IPCONFIG on each machine shows a second PPP adaptor with the IP of 0.0.0.0

It looks like the system is not dropping the line properly and creating a second instance of PPP..

Any ideas?

What version of Wingate are you using?

Try upgrading to 5.2 - it will probably solve the problem.

No, 5.04 licenses are supported in 5.2.

AFAIK update from 5.x to 5.2 is free for all versions
