I have some users that I wish to prevent from sending or receiving external emails.
I put them in a group called "InternalEmail" and I used SMTP policy filters to prevent use of SMTP for that group and to allow sending to the internal domain. This works well.
What I can't figure out is how to prevent external email from coming in to this group. It doesn't appear that policies apply to external users. Is this accurate? Can I do something with email handlers? I read the email setup doc which talks about creating a separate domain but I don't want to do that.
Running Wingate 6.1.4 Build 1099.
Any assistance is appreciated.

How about in SMTP Server - Policies - Advanced
SMTP Recipient Equals
Bubba@yourdomain.com and NOT SMTP Sender Ends With @yourdomain.com
Let us know if that works.

Thanks. I did work it out. I had hoped I could do it completely with groups but I don't see how. So I have to reference some of the internal users in the advanced filters. But it works.
Thanks,
Jim
