1. Confirm the guest account is enabled for the sake of testing, and that there are not policies in the remote control service that may be blocking access; you may also want to check how the Remote Control Service interacts with the System Policies *You could add Everyone, user may be unknown, and set the default rights to "Are ignored" for the sake of tesitng.
2. On the computer that is getting the "No response on port", bring up a telnet session and confirm that you can access the remote control service; it should return some numbers.
(Windows) Start menu --> Run --> telnet --> open x.x.x.x 808
*Where x.x.x.x is the internal ip address of the WinGate server.
--> If that does not work, then you either:
a) Have a firewall blocking port 808.
b) You have not bound the remote control service to an internal adapter as shown in the image below.
