Streaming Audio/Video

I just installed the system for the first time. I have the wingate client loaded on my machine for full proxy and wanting to grab data from streaming audio and video across the office. If I load up winamp, it sees me getting the playlist in activity - but doesnt record the mb/bandwidth of the audio or video. Is there any way to be sure that all streaming media is recorded (dont need it blocked -yet :) We are just trying to determine at this point what is killing our bandwidth and causing us to pay an extra 1200.00 month.

Well, it doesn't. Only HTTP.
