Does the specified user have rights to use the ENS/NAT system ?

yes the group of users have permisions

Ah, I see now. It's a case of wanting to authenticate the users. So, how are they authenticated ? Are you using remote GateKeeper logins / Java Client ? The other alternative is to use assumed users (Ip / MAC)
