Cannot purchase on-line?

Not directly a "wingate" problem, but i'm trying to make a puchase and i am receiving an error:

The Bank returned the following message: Reversal Pending, please try again

The attempt to connect to the bank's card processing server timed out. This means your card has not been debited. Occasionally the bank's server is unavailable for short periods of time, if you wish to re-attempt to fulfil your order, press the button below

I called my credit card company to verify availble credit and that is fine, a zero balance on the card, and there have been no attempts to charge anything from Qbic. Also, all the information being entered is correct - checked and double checked that.

Help??!! I'm running out of time on my trial license!

Hi

We just had an appalling 10 hour outage at the bank, and the client software has obviously an obscure problem as well.

What happens is that we put through a transaction attempt. Our banking client software if it doesn't receive a response from the bank in time, it sends a cancellation (valled a void transaction). It goes into this mode whether or not it was able to send the original request! We are talking to them about this.

Then if you retry, it tells you it is busy trying to cancel the last one, even though the last one was never sent.

Basically the bank was refusing connections for 10 hours. We are in discussion with the bank about this as well, as it is not only affecting us, but many other merchants.
