Also with regard to your WGIC prob, you could try this to (hopefully) fix it:

Neil, what actually happens is as follows:
Using the java log on ( I have to do this as I my users are all roamers with mandatry profiles, logging in/out at systems at will. The wgic methods seem to keep the system logged into wingate even when the users have logged off my net as they don't actually shut down), explorer opens and is followed by the java patch for wingate. Log in works ok, explorer is used. Now when the user closes explorer, clicks the logoff buton on the wingate patch and then closes the applet, java is still running with iexplore as a process. when the user finally logs off the task manager "end program - iexplore.exe" patch pops up and requires the "end now" button to be clicked before log out occurs. Too messy for me. This seems to be a java pug in issue because if the user closes explorer clicks the log off button but does not close the patch. When he logs off everything closes normally with no messages. I would rather see the java patch close properly when explorer closes as it used to. Any ideas?
If I use the explorer java instead of the latest plug in then all is well except for the 20 seconds it takes to get the java log in patch to appear.
