Can Squid and wingate work together???

do you mean you want to cascade WinGate to your Squid proxy, or you want to run them both on the same machine?

If the former, then set your WinGate WWW proxy to connect out through another proxy.

If the latter, you would need to disable the WinGate WWW proxy.
