How can I control time out setting in extended networking, because when some client connect throught e.g. putty and wingate server to ssh server after short time, without working in active ssh window, extended networking close connection.

You can alter the timeout settings for connections on a per-destination port basis by editing the port security setting for that port.

For outbound connections through WinGate, which normally just use the default security setting of "allow", you would create a port range setting, configure the port number, set to allow, and then alter the timeout.
