problem with ( activity ) !!

sorry admin i forget this problem also
since i installed this trial version of wingate 6
i dont see any activities of my clients in activity tab !!!!!
i dont use wgc on clients computer & i dont want it
so how i can solve this problem !!! ????

yes i did ...
& there is another problem ..
yahoo inbox dont open in some machines
& i notice that the firewall tab redord that it closed some thing & the reason is PORT RANGE !!!!!
HOW I PASS THIS PROBLEM ???
