Blocking Sites on Mass

Hi,

I have a big of 200 or so sites I would like to block, is there any way of entering these into Wingate on mass, instead of doing one by one. I also tried using a HOST file on the server but WinGate seems to ignore it. Or any other ideas/software alongside WinGate to do this?
