unable to connect to remote host .

hi,

were using wingate latest version and have 25 user license. we have currently around 25 terminals at office. during peak time lot of computers are unable to connect to printer (which is configured thro proxy). how do i increase the limit of connections from 25 users to more?

You'll need a license upgrade there. One advantage of WinGate's licensing is the concept of 'concurrent users'. It does mean though that in cases like this a traffic spike could push you temporarily over the number of licensed users. The next step up is 50 users, though. You might want to get in touch with our support team directly by submitting a ticket, they can guide you through this.

Just to satisfy my own curiosity though, why does the printer need to be on a proxy? If it's on the local LAN, shouldn't you just be able to connect to it? (And thus not consume a license for printing?)
