How to limit file size and file extension?

HI,

I want to limit the size of files that can be downloaded

Which criterion should match (or not match) ?

I have the choice between:
User: Bytes sent for client?
User: Bytes received for client?
User: Bytes sent to client?

let's say that I want people downloading max 1Mb

I should have something like:

ok, if meets: User: Bytes received for client less than 1024000

? is that right?


Also, is there a way to limit the kind of file to download?
