Java Authentication corrupted form

Postby ciccio » Nov 25 04 11:50 pm

When a Microsoft XP client with IE6 and sun's java try to connect to wingate 3.0.5 using java authentication the applet is corrupted so the user cannot insert username field because is out of form. How can I correct this problem? The same happen in Firefox with sun's java. Are there new version of the java applet or some patch to apply? Thank to all.

You could try downloading 6.0.3. You can use your existing license key with 6.0.3.

Even if you do not want to use it - you can extract the Java classes from the installer by running "wgsetup.exe /X" and picking the appropriate files.

I've extracted tha classes from 6.0.3 keeping 3.0.5 version and all now work very well. Thank you very much.
