Wingate - Configuration of outlook in client

Please some help me, I need configure microsoft outlook express on client system. Wingate was install in the server.What kind of step, i should follow.

also, the crux of this matter is... how does the client machine connect to WinGate. NAT? WinGate Internet Client? or a proxy setup?
