WindowsXP/Wingate 6.0.4 Internet browsing not working

Hi Guys,


have issue ith Wingate 6 install on Windows XP Pro machine with SP2. Internet firewall is switched off.

Wingate pro installed to default location. ENS and email options not selected at install time.

Beforei nstall internet browsing via ISDN dail up is OK.

After install, no browsing is available while wingate is running. IE 6 is configured to point to port 80 on itself. Using explicit IP addresses for browsing makes no difference so suspect no problem with DNS.

Any clues would be appreciated.

If you do not point traffic through WinGate can you access the Internet? (From the server, directly).
