WinGate-Problem of connection

При использовании WinGate 6.0.4, возникла следующая ошибка:
через какое-то время нормальной работы пропадает возможность открывать Веб страницы по их названию, но если задать IP адрес то все открывается, после перезагрузки сервиса все снова начинает нормально функционировать. Нужна помощь.

From what I can interpret of your problem, you obviously have a DNS issue. Are you saying it works after you restart the engine? ... what does перезагрузки mean?

How do the client computers connect to WinGate? NAT / Proxy / WinGate Internet Client?

На данный момент ситуация еще смешней:
подключение к сайту по имени востанавливается само через какое-то время, причем сам сервер подключается без проблем.

Пользователи подключаются через WInGate и Java клиентов

Проблему с сайтами вроде решил, пока работает стабильно.
Теперь другая проблема мне нужно деактивировать лицензию на
Kaspersky Antivirus для WinGate , имя лицензии sladonezh
