i cant get latinchat and elchat

hi, i have an evaluation of wingate 6.0.3 and i cant chat with latinchat and elchat can you help me?

Tengo problemas al entrar desde los usuarios a latinchat y a elchat, desde mi servidor logro entrar a ambos bien, sera que por que tengo una version de evaluacion no logro entrar a estas paginas?

Hi JLPonce, can you try to answer these questions.

1. how do you connect to the WinGate machine? NAT / WinGate Internet Client / Proxies?
2. Are you seeing any hits on the firewall when you are trying to use these two apps?
3. Do you use Latin Chat through a web page, or a program
4. Where can we find the support page? I have been to Latinchat.com and could not find any support. (or elchat.com)
