server speed slow down after install wingate

i install wingate 2 times, the 1st time after i install, my server's speed slow down a bit. i find out that my local web site cannot be accessed, so i uninstall it. but the speed of server still same.

after a staff teach me how to solve the problem, i try to install wingate again, my server become more slow.
the wingate can work, but server speed is very very slow. i need to spend about 40 minute to restart my server :(
my boss complain to me, i uninstall wingate, now still need 30 minutes to restart... :( it was only 10 minutes, b4 i try wingate.
and the respond of server is very very slow now. the server may no respond even i just open drive c folder.

does some of the files of wingate still working? i install 2 times, is both files still run together?
i try to scan my server with serveral antivirus and spyboot. i cant find any virus in my server.

can any one help me? i wonder if i still can use trial version wingate after i solve the problem? i must make sure it can work without any problem, then only consider to buy.

i find out, the server slow down is because my client have a lot of spyware. after i fixed it, my server is working without any problem^^
