Custom Error Messages

Hello !
How can I send to my users Custom Error Messages for internet explorer browser errors ?
404 - Not Found - my html page
405 - Method Not Allowed - my html page
401 - Unauthorized - my html page

Let's say a user is banned or his account is disabled .
How can I send to that user a custom page saing : User you are banned or User your account is disabled ?

Some can be edited here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Qbik Software\WinGate \ErrorStrings\HTTP

Make sure you have a backup of your registry and that you're familiar with editing it before changing too much there.

However, remember that IE will display it's own error page for a given error code unless you have the 'friendly' error pages turned off.
