Connection with Wingate Server Terminated

I created a ban list and and exited Gatekeeper. Now I get the message "connectiion with wingate server terminated" and I'm not able to login. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to reconnect?

Hi teresa1006

Sounds like you accidentally removed adminstrative rights by making the policy change. See this post and the links within it. Hopefully one of them should solve your problem. Just as a friendly suggestion always backup your WG registry before you make any changes. It can save a lot of headaches - like this one! Let us know if any of the suggestions work for you.

As a side thought, if you are using WinGate 6 (I think from 6.0.4 onwards) you have an import/export facility available in the Advanced Options tool. You can find that tool in the start menu folder for WinGate.

I've tried the suggestions listed and I'm still not able to connect. The last thing I modified in the system was the access rights. This is what I currently have:
