Hi all, the way to solve this could be to send the memory dump file to Genie so he can interpret it.

His email is around the forum, good luck :))

Adding to Nev's comments

1. a) Set Win 2003 to write a small memory dump when next blues screen of death (BSOD) occurs.
Right Click My Computer on Desktop
Properties
Advanced tab
Startup and Recovery
Settings
Under the label "Write debugging information"
set it too: Small Memory dump (64k)
1. b) After BSOD, Locate the dump file.
Search for a file called *.dmp ... send the one with the relevant date to sales@qbik.com and reference this forum post.

Please also attach your WinGate Configuration report:
GateKeeper --> Options menu --> Advanced --> Save Report

I have informed Genie of this post

Hi, Pucy

Your best bet would probably be upgrading to 6.0.4 - and if it still crashes, just send me the dump file.
