I just liaised with a developer regarding this. He has requested an ipconfig/all and a route print. We better get your WinGate registry too just in case the issue you are facing is not obvious via TCP/IP settings. Please send this information to
sales@wingate.com
ipconfig/all
(Windows) Start menu --> cmd --> ipconfig/all >> C:\ipa.txt
route print
(Windows) Start menu --> cmd --> route print >> C:\ipr.txt
(Navigate to C:\ after running these commands)
WinGate Registry
(Windows) Start menu --> Programs --> WinGate --> Advanced Options --> Registry --> Export Settings
If I cannot see an obvious problem, the developers may be at work in the weekend to look at this. Our apologies for any inconveniences this causes.
