License about to expire

Postby thebe » Sep 17 05 10:36 am

I cannot submit a ticket, as I do not own a license. It seems that we really forgot that our trial of WinGate 6 is about to expire (on Sunday, actually). I tried to purchase a license today (Professional, 12 users) but my card does not work. Unfortunately, I cannot clarify this with my bank until Monday, and as such I urgently need an extension of the trial period with at least a few days.

Thank you, looking forward to a reply or a solution.

Please send an email to sales@wingate.com with your trial ID, and reference this forum post.

Trial ID location: (Windows) Start menu --> Programs --> WinGate --> License Management, as shown in the image below.

Thank you for the quick answer. However, I sent the e-mail this morning (it's GMT+2 here) but I got no reply yet. I am afraid I will loose connectivity, can anyone tell me if the day listed in the license viewer is the last day when the software works of the first one when it doesn't work anymore?

Need help!
Thanks.

Hi,

I've extended the trial for you, you should have received an email from me by now.

The trial should expire at the beginning of the day listed in the license manager, so in your case it is probably expired by now. Unfortunately it was Sunday here so no-one was here to extend the trial for you. I hope that this doesn't cause too much disruption to your system.
