There are a few ways this can be done.
1. First of all, how do you connect to the WinGate server? WinGate Internet Client / Proxy / NAT
2. Are you just trying to collect and send email via an ISP, or are you wanting to set up your own email server?

1. So the computer with the WinGate Client installed, can it access the internet with other applications (that do not use proxies)?
2. Is the Windows Firewall running on that computer? To disable it:
Right click "My Computer" on Desktop
Manage
Services and Applications
Services
Scroll down to the bottom of list
Double click "Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)"
Change the "Startup type" to disabled
Click the Stop button.
3. Is there a DNS address placed in the clients network card? If the WinGate servers IP address is 192.168.0.1, then that can usually be used for the DNS address.

nope! my wingate client cant access to internet without using proxy that came from my wingate server. and my windowxp is not using any firewall. and the dns address of my wingate server is 192.168.0.1 and for my client is 192.168.0.2 and so-on. do i have to set up my smtp or pop3 from my wingate server so i can access my outlook express using computer with wingate client.?

Have you put the DNS address into the clients network card? The WinGate Internet Clinet requires that.
the dns address of my wingate server is 192.168.0.1 and for my client is 192.168.0.2 and so-on.
It sounds like you are saying that the client computers IP address is 192.168.0.2 and its DNS is 192.168.0.2; it should be 192.168.0.1
do i have to set up my smtp or pop3 from my wingate server so i can access my outlook express using computer with wingate client.?
Not if your WinGate Internet Client is working; which we want to get going.
